After I updated the game, my career mode progress has been deleted and I'm back at the season start... I always save my career after every match, so I know 100% it was saved and now it's gone.What should be happening instead? Well, when I logged on after the update I should have resumed the career at where I saved it and not where it was saved multiple days ago.There's not much else to say, and I can't attach a screenshot since I don't have a picture of where I was in the career when I saved it.When I saved it Wednesday 10/11, I was approx. 30-35 matches in the season and made the save at that point. When I logged on after the update Thursday evening 10/12, it was gone and I am 3 matches into the season.

@tobiasneymar i have had this problem and its starts to get annoyng first it happened to my first carrer mode and then i thougt i didn't save it right so i just did a new carrer but with the same team and it f ing happened again.... and i wonder have you solved this problem

Well, its something that it's not just me haha. I found this video from fifa 22, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sD62OjOrYE, where he seemingly have the same issue and though it's fifa 22, I think it's very similar to the issue we've encountered. He thinks it's because it sometimes doesn't synchronize your console storage with your cloud storage (on ps5, don't know if it's the same on ps4), so you have to do it manually by pressing option on the "game cover" and synchronize... don't know for sure if that's what causes the problem but i haven't found anything else.

@tobiasneymar Was anything suggested ? I only play career mode and I’ve noticed that all my career modes have reset and starting me in preseason - game is pointless for me if this isnt fixed

Same thing happened to me on my Player Career. I was close to the end of the season, then I started getting a message on EA App saying "cannot load your cloud data" or something along those lines, then poof. Back to round 8 of the season. Please let us know if you find any fix for it!

@tobiasneymar I’m having the same problem.. I really enjoy playing career mode.. now it feels like I wasted my time.. have to start the season from scratch.. or somewhere in the season where i lost al the transfers i made. 😵‍💫

Just happened to me this morning. Annoyed AF. Clicked auto save. And it deleted the whole thing. All my work gone. What a game 🤬 full of glitches and bugs

Yep, lost all my save data. It seems to struggle saving data at all. Just keeps showing the damn green triangle.

Keeps happening to me aswell, happened about 5 times now. Is there no fix for this? because career mode is all I play so I might swell just not play Eafc 24
