FC24 Commentary not downloading #Steam

Game: FC24
Platform: Steam / Windows

Problem: Commentary languages (i know how to change them thats not the problem)

My main problem is that all commentary languages download if i select them, no matter if i select english or spanish, they all download, but im from the Netherlands & if i select dutch, no download will start, i tried it with all the other languages and they all seemed to work, note that ive also tried other ways like via regedit, but that doesnt really matter since the problem is not there, its just not downloading any dutch commentary files, i dont know if these files are not available on steam? since i cannot repair my app via the EA app, it would be great if this could be fixed asap.
