Fc24 crash loading profile

Ive had frustrating troubles the past days where im unable to load up FC24. When proceeding from the load game files screen, im met with a grey screen, and a crashing of the game.

ive watched multiple youtube videos claiming to fix the problem, adjusting different game files, making EA app and FC24 run as administrators, repaired the game, and i even have uninstalled and installed again. Nothing seems to work. PLEASE HELP IVE NOT PLAYDD THE GAME IN 10 days
