FC24 DirectX error PC / Steam

FC24 DirectX error the game not working on pc.. I bought from steam and got this message every time i turn it on, deleted and download it again but still the same.. Any help pls ?

Get a fresh download of the video drivers and then run the installer and choose Advanced install and then select "clean installation". 

Reboot and retry when the drivers are reinstalled.
