FC24 disconnecting on Steam

After long talks with my ISP, after online tests and a technician visiting my place nothing was fund on the ISP side of the story. FC24 still disconnecting and this is the ONLY game that disconnects. I have no problems with any oher games nor with regular internet.

as you see on the EA test, the internet my quality is good and the metrics are above the expected. What actions are EA taking to solve my problem?

Have you tried using alternate DNS settings? If not, try what is suggested here.

As a test, you could try switching to a mobile hotspot. Your connection will most likely be poor, but if you don't disconnect, the issue is with either your ISP or network equipment.

I have tested with my Neighbours wifi, that is Ziggo, another ISP and the problem persists. What actions are you taking to solve my problem?

I give up of trying. How can I request a refund?

You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to inquire about a refund. If you bought it through the EA App, open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here.
