FC24 disconnecting on Steam

The game is constantly disconnecting from server when playing Ultimate online. I cannot count the amount of matches that I have lost due to disconnection and I'm constantly receiving warnings from EA...

We will continue to monitor for any issues. 

Have you tried using alternate DNS settings? If not, try what is suggested here.

As a test, you could try switching to a mobile hotspot. Your connection will most likely be poor, but if you don't disconnect, the issue is with either your ISP or network equipment.

I have tested with my Neighbours wifi, that is Ziggo, another ISP and the problem persists. What actions are you taking to solve my problem?

    As we're unaware of any issues causing this, there are no actions being taken currently. You're welcome to contact an advisor to see if they have any other suggestions. Cases can be opened by following the instructions here.

    You'll need to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to inquire about a refund. If you bought it through the EA App, open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here.
