i just bought FC 24 and i cant make it work, i am having the "error there is a problem with your games setup please reinstall your game"
So far i have tried :
> deleteing the d3d DLL file and reinstalling dx
> installing media pack
> repairing game
> installing vc
nothing has worked, how is that possible this game is on the market
i will be spamming this as long as EA is not answering about the issue
I have the exact same issue wand i was playing since early access until this week!
Good luck with EA Support they are absolutely useless and will keep sending their canned reponses.
So far i have;
- Uninstalled the EA App
- Cleared the EA App cache
- Repaired the GAme within the EA App
- Disabled my GPU (to prove it wasn't an issue with the display driver)
- Reinstalled C++
- Reinstalled \ repaired DXDIAG
- Reinstalled the GAME
Nothing works so paid 60.00 for a dud.

Its ridiculous and there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY for this company/
Players spend millions on their games and they can't even offer the most BASIC of support.
Tinpot company that will hopefully get what is due to them/.
