What happens when the bug occurs? Game is ran in windowed 1280x720 mode, i can maximize it, but cant ever go fullscreen or windowed borderless, alt+enter does not work (only windows warn sound occurs - like when u cant do some operation). The game is extremely laggy in menu when the window is maximized. I cant put the game resolution to the true resolution of my external monitor (2560 x 1440), the maximum allowed resolution is 1920x1080. It seems like the game thinks its being run on the notebook monitor so it doesnt allow more than fullhd. When i tried to read the utilization of both my gpus only my integrated graphics card was used the whole time (which is really bad)
What should be happening instead? The game should go into fullscreen/windowed borderless mode, it should allow quad hd, shouldnt open in 1280x720p window
My setup is notebook + external quad hd monitor, connected by HDMI 2.0 (which allows QuadHD + 120fps). I dont have any problems playing any other games other than FC24 and FIFA23 - FIFA19 doesnt seem to have this issue as it is running really smoothly without any issues.
I've tried everything, turning off steam, razor, overriding dpi scaling settings, updating my nvidia gpu drivers, tweaking the fcsetup.ini file (setting RESOLUTIONWIDTH and RESOLUTIONHEIGHT to QuadHD does not do anything), creating custom nvidia control panel profile for FC24 with nvidia gpu as default but nothing seems to work.
As i've mentioned in the "What happens when the bug occurs?" i think the problem lies in FC24 and FIFA23 incorrectly using the integrated graphics from my CPU instead of the powerful RTX 3050Ti.
In total (FIFA23 + FC24) I've spent about 6-8 hours just trying every solution i've found on the internet but i still cant seem to find the solution to the issue.
I hope the description of the bug was complete, I dont think i left out anything.
