FC24 Keyboard setting different than my setting on Online Game

Question

FC24 Keyboard Player cannot play any online game because of keyboard control is wrong when I play online game. Before DEC 06 update, ever control is correct. After this update, on UT model, I can play SQB by my keyboard setting correcttly, but when I play DR, the keyboard setting is wrong, druing I play DR, I paused game and check the Keyboard setting, everthing shows&nbsp; correct, but you cannot use correct setting. For Example, SHOOTING becomes long pass. I deleted my file and unload FC24, it still wrong. I ask customer service, no one reply me. Is there any player have same issue as me?

I am experiencing the same problem as you.
I feel like I'm going crazy because the game goes well and then doesn't work.
 I don't think I'll ever buy an EA game again because EA doesn't have a properly functioning customer service center in Korea.

This is ridiculous, we cannot play any online game, everything fine when we play offline game. Either the controller or keyboard is working. And you can’t even ask for a refund.&nbsp;
