FC24 LOGO INFINITE SCREEN

HI, i purchased the game like every year, but for the first time on pc. The experience of playing the has never started. This because an inifnite loading screen with the fc24 logo. i have rx7600 as graphic card and its more than a weeek that i can even load the game. Pls fix this
