Fc24 not launching after splash screen

Like many others my fc24 isnt loading after the splash screen, a black window pops up for afew seconds then reopens the ea app.

I have :

run as administrator 

Uninstalled anti cheat and re installed it

Uninstalled and reinstalled fc24

Repaired fc 24

Added it to exploit list

Have secure boot enabled

Granted it permissions with norton

Adjusted user control slider and tried on all settings.

This has been the worst Christmas present for my son! A total waste of our limited christmas time together and money!
