FC24 Switch issues

My son is playing FC24 on the Switch and is finding the game very unreliable and frustrating- on a daily basis he experiences the following issues.

• The game is very laggy
• the game crashes regularly when doing transfers
• line up never saves
• the game randomly crashes in career mode

please can you advise ways to fix this or issue updates to resolve these issues!
