Key is genuine, was redeemed and accepted as genuine, has not been deactivated by you, shows on my account as successful.
This is not a key issue! This is an EA app trial bug. I don't know how to say it any differently.

2 years agoHey @BigDongleFlop there is nothing more that we can do to assist.
When you use an unauthorised retailer there are risks and any issues you have you need to direct to the retailer support.

Yes of course, the retailer has domain over bugs with YOUR app. Impeccable support as always.
As others have mentioned will have to wait til launch to see if the issue is fixed.
