I have been playing the trial version through EA app on PC, I then bought a key and redeemed it successfully. The game kicked me off at random and stated my trial was finished. I checked my library and only the trial is showing. It does not show I have the full game anywhere on my account and only the trial.I have spoken to Live Chat and they said they cant help and to speak to my retailer. This isn't a retailer issue its an EA app issue?Why can they not help?

Was purchased from CDKeys, the key was succesfully redeemed via the EA App. It just continues to show as a Trial.

You will need to speak with the retailer for issues related to the code @BigDongleFlop. Darko

Yeah I can confirm the same issue and I removed the game and the app would not let me download it again so I changed the date to tomorrow the 29th then restarted the app and now the ea app lets me download the game so looks like a bug that will fix at 11pm tonight when the game launches

Yes of course, the retailer has domain over bugs with YOUR app. Impeccable support as always.
As others have mentioned will have to wait til launch to see if the issue is fixed.

PC here, I ve the same situation. I played trial, we bought keys today and I redeemed (the app says that I ve the standard edition) although I uninstalled both ea fc 24 and the EA app and then I installed the EA app again... but still the same. I am stucked with fifa 23. Can t download the 24.

I have the exact same problem I bought the game and it still thinks its a trial and I can't play this is bad and disappointing very very cheap and bad app

Report the issue from within EA APP. I have been unlocked after few minutes. I had your same problem.
