Fifa 23 Volta Season not Working

After a few weeks contacting the support team to fix Volta mode for me, two days ago I was finally able to play Volta.

Because there was only 1 day left for the season to end, i decided to wait for the next season, to have more time to get to level 7, to unlock the achievement.

Unfortunately, today when I loaded Volta, I realized that there was no current season anymore. It let me completely down, after so much trouble to get this mode to work, to be unable again to progress through the game's achievement.

I wonder if this can still be fixed.
