Fifa account logout and transfer the user to another xbox otherwise

Hello, my brother bought a new xbox and created a new xbox user. I did a sharing between the xboxes so that fifa24 would also be on the new xbox. I disconnected the fifa user from xbox and tried to connect the fifa user to xbox but when I connected the user it connected fifa to xbox The old box said that I have to wait a few months until the next time what to do, is there a possibility to fix it or contact someone, thanks in advance.
