After speaking to EA for the 3rd time, I spoke to a wonderful EA member of staff who resolved the issue for me with great speed and with ease. Glad I spoke to this member of staff.

In case you didn't see the message in the game or decided to transfer your points later, you can clear the cache data and restart your game to see it again.

If that didn't work you can reach out to our support team so we can look into this.
