Finished game marked AS DNF

I just finished a Rivals match that granted me promotion, but on the postgame screen it gave me an error message "Unable to process" or something like that, and then booted me all the way to the home screen (out of UT). When I logged back in I had been awarded a DNF instead of a win for promotion.

According to the connection quality report it has the game marked as Complete, see below. Is there any way to have this fixed?
