fix for ea anti cheat not installing

do a clean boot. i had an issue where i would try and install the ea anti cheat for fifa 23 and it would come back with "install failed:701" and when i followed this article https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd" i was able to install it
