I have a stable internet connection, but every other game is interrupted by this message. what can i do to avoid it?

@lukanovako213 How are you connecting your internet to your console - using wifi or LAN cable?

There is also connection quality report available to check - https://help.ea.com/en/ea-connection-quality-report/
(Although this is not accurate but gives you fair idea)
Here, check your score and match history from left hand side menu.
