FUT items missing for Libertadores clubs

I've been trying to buy the stadium theme for "Palmeiras", a brazilian club. It has its Badge and Uniforms available  in FUT since its in Libertadores.

Browsing the transfer market I haven't seen a single stadium theme, tifo nor crowd chants for any Libertadores teams, with the exception of " Monagas" (which is very strange, as it's not even a big or popular club).

Something else that is pretty strange:  at least a good number of Sudamericana clubs have their tifos and stadium themes (and Sudamericana is a "lower tournament" compared to Libertadores, which is the main competition in South America. Sudamericana is the competition for those who do not qualify for Libertadores).

I know these assets exist as the stadium theme can be seen on single player matches, and even the crowd chants are there! However these items do not seem to be available on FUT.

Is these an explanation for this? Could it be a bug? Or maybe just an oversight?
