Game crash, extremely slow menus, constant bad connection

Transfer market freezes when searching for a player, sbc freezes when I'm going to the next page, sbc does not show all of the players in my club until I restart the game, L2 to the club play or squad freezes and crashes the game, I just had a shadow chem style take literally 15 second to apply (I literally timed it after it started to take a while), TERRIBLE connection; always red, skipping, and delayed. My internet is fine and I've played many other games 2k, cod, fornite even, etc and I have had 0 issues ever with anything. I don't even want to get started on the gameplay because that is also terrible and unplayable. I would be complaining about it if I could even get into a good connection game which I can't.
