GAME NOT IN LIBRARY
Early acces has been online for a bit now but I STILL DONT HAVE THE GAME IN MY EA LIBRARY. I paid for the overpriced ultimate pack already and I CANT EVEN PLAY WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF BUYING ULT...

When you check your purchases does the order show as complete?

No, it doesn't show anything from EA FC SPORTS 24 in my order history,
However the code got accepted in EA Play, and it even wanted to download but got stuck at ''preparing''.
After clearing the cache as suggested it was gone from my library.
if I log into the web app, I can see my team for ea fc 24 and my 4600 points that I get with the ultimate purchase.(see attachment).
So I'm sure the game has been accepted because otherwise I wouldn't see those coins. I saw more people have this issue on the forum and other places.
From CDKeys.com, I have ordered here multiple times and never has been an issue so far.

You need to check if you received multiple codes @ItsKovan.
