What if I purchase from unauthorized digital retailers?
Buying EA digital games from unauthorized sellers comes with a few risks. The following information can help keep you and your account protected.
Our games are sold at various online and in-store retailers across the world, but sometimes these retailers aren't all they seem to be.
Each purchase made from an unauthorized retailer carries risk. Make sure to keep your account and personal information safe:
- At best, you might get the wrong product or language version of a game you buy.
- At worst, unauthorized websites may be phishing for your EA Account or payment info. This can result in losing access to your account, or fraudulent activity with your payment details.
- It’s also possible that unauthorized retailers will sell you a fake, used, or stolen CD key or Product Code.
- Additionally, any illegally obtained games and Product Codes will be disabled by us. That means you won’t be able to play your game or redeem your virtual currencies, and we won’t be able to help you.

I haven't got multiple codes, I had one and was instantly accepted by EA play, saying I could start downloading.
I even see in the EA WEB app that my team / coins are there! So the code should 100% be fine!
It should be an error within EA then not the 3rd party retailer since it has been accepted and as you saw in my attachment even proof that ea has accepted it.
It's funny how more people have this issue and the chat has said to other people they are aware of this issue and are TRYING to fix it, so EA knows they're at fault here.Anyone that can help from EA?!
I have the game, I have proof, it's in the WEB APP. I HAVE THE ULTIMATE COINS.
But there's no fix, no help, no explanation, no posts from EA about this issue.
