Also in EA play I can't buy the ultimate edition since I already ''own'' it. I can't even purchase it, meaning it IS there in my account, but there's an error going on with EA play.

So, what now, If I would want to buy it through the EA play app, I still wouldn't be able to because it's not possible to buy for me.

I understand ''Third party issues'' but this is an issue with EA, the same happened with ''The Sims'' where people had this exact issue, which ended up being fixed.
CDKeys has ALWAYS worked, even with previous fifa versions, it's an error within EA. 
EVEN the chat people have said they're working on a solution within EA and other had it FIXED by chat employees. 

I understand you have to follow the rules from EA and the typical responses, but come on.... This is almost feeling like a scam.
Block out the 3rd party codes even though you know A LOT of people buy it through sites like that, so they can earn double the money on people having to buy it again in the EA store.

How is a 3rd party website going to help me with my EA PLAY acount issues, all they'll do is refer me back to EA because they can't acces my EA PLAY account obviously. 
The game is NOT available for me to purchase in the EA APP.

When you purchase a code from an unsupported retailer you take risks, if that code stops working or there is issues with it then our support cannot help you.

Hard to understand it is an EA PLAY app issue, not the retailers issue. 
Same happened with Sims, they admitted and fixed, same will have with this game.

All good brother, no hate towards you but to the company and their lack of support with cases like this.

@EA_Darko  I have bought every game I've got on xbox and pc from cd keys never had one single issue and it also shows when its not just one ore 2 people having an issue ive seen countless asks about this topic saying their download has been stuck on prepraring then they cancel to retry then it just vanishes from there library 

''nooooooo, not an EA issue at aaaaaaaaaaaal''.

Just a lot of people having this issue, and it can be fixed and proven that it is an EA issue.
