Game not showing up in EA App
Hi all, I downloaded EA FC 24 using a code in the EA App, it kept "Preparing" so I reset app and now I can't find the game anywhere and when I try to re-input the code it says it's already been used...

the same thing happened to me too, I don't know what to do, if you somehow solve it, write here
@Cile3e Just a quick one mate, on the main EA Help site, are you seeing it under "My Games"?
I don't know where my games say that
and now I looked at the writing that it is my game
- @Cile3e Yeah mines exactly the same - so annoying. keep me posted if you hear anything
- @NumberCruncher I m having the same issue, emailed them and everything. Guess is just to wait and see if they do anything but keep me posted if you get a fix
