Game stuck ..crashing cannot play

Hi..
I had a problem since 4 or 5 days till now and I can't play in UT cuzz this issue..
This is a 3 problem
1st is the game is just stuck within no reason and I can't press X bottom to advance in any thing and the most popular thing it's stuck in is before match like my first screen shot at this pic it's just stop there and cannot press any button can't advance to processd the match or even back and there is no way to solve this..just alt+f4 and close entire game and open it again ..and once I open it ..it's good without any issues..but after a while it's happening again and again and close the game and I do this and can't play since 4 days till now...

THE 2ND ISSUE

It's not save on cloud like the 2nd screen shot..and when I open it there is another message which is can't load ..so can't save can't load ..what I do

THE 3RD ISSUE

Last week in squad battel I was on elite rank 3 ..and I finished my 32 matches and if u play again it will be with 0 point ok I get it..but that is not happening and what happens is I was losing my points after every match I played till I back to gold 1 rank ..

And this week now today before this message in squad battel too I was palyed 30 match so 2 match for 32 ...and i should get 1000 point to get elite 1 rank ..
Then the 1st issue happens as usual and 2nd one did as usual too ...but the real surprise is ..when I open it again I found my point is too low and didn't save my progress and I find myself need 4k point to get the next rank ..so no saving too in UT MODE

So what should I do now ...I speak alot of useful chats with agent..with no solution..

So someone solve this
