Game won't start

Question

I bought the game some months ago, I tried it and it was fine.

After some upgrade a couple of months back, I cannot play. It simply won't start. The EA app opens, it shows a white screen loading, and then both (the EA app and the white rectangle) disappear, and nothing happens.

I didn't change computer or anything. Same Windows 11 version. Can you help?
