EA Team,
Honestly, it has been every year and it is playing with peoples nerves. My question is why won’t you fix the game? It’s like you completely ignore what players ask you to do. I have 1000mb/s internet upload and download, but still it feels like all my players are delayed in response. Why won’t you fix that? What is the problem? Explain. Like every year, same thins is happening! You are doing great in content and ultimate team itself, but the servers are killing it. There is no point in playing the game. Why would anyone spend their time and money, for player upgrade which don’t make a difference because they don’t respond to commands. Do something about it!
I've posted many times over the years in FIFA because of the slow play that is not related to nothing on my side. I have made every possible change from hardware, to internet companies, wires, settings (TV, Router, PS5), and then some. My internet PING, JITTER, and PACKET LOSS according to EA's internet connection score (98/100) are for a lack of a better word....PERFECT. So why is it that I am still having issues playing this game how it should be played? At times in FUT champs and FUT draft I actually can control my players and they actually move how they are supposed to move, but in division rivals my players are stuck in the mud, horrible passing, can't even get a shot off on goal without it being blocked because of how slow it is to get a shot off. It's obvious that it is EA's servers. I live in Miami, FL where there are actual servers from EA here. My ping is consistently 8-10ms with no packet loss and no jitter. This should not be happening! The game is unplayable because of this issue!! EA sports need to re-evaluate their servers and software and get this yearly issue fixed once and for all. If not there is no point to continue buying EA products. Some one from EA needs to acknowledge that they have read and understand what needs to be done.
I have exactly the same problem! I live in Finland and I have perfect internet connection! I had no problem with gameplay but the last 2 weeks it’s unplayable
