Getting menu lags and consistently kicked out of ultimate team

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log into my account, and attempt to navigate menys, etc
What happens when the bug occurs? I get kicked out of ultimate team every 5-10 minutes. Also some cards (TOTY Sawa/TOTY Best) are sometimes black and white and are shown as "not found". I know it's not connection related, and I've re-installed the game multiple times. It also happens on PS4. It's something related to my individual account.
What should be happening instead?
Definitely appears to be account-specific. Happens on both ps4 and ps5 versions. It's almost like something with my club/team is causing a hang/lag in the game. Going between ALL Ultimate team menus I get major lag, and sometimes if it hangs log enough, I get booted out of the game.
Internet is fine (other games working fine, speeds are high, 250mb down/65mb up), and I don't believe it's an install/file issue as still having the same issues even after a reinstall and on both ps4 and ps5 versions. I also deleted most recent squads update (and quit/re-downloaded), as that was recommended in other threads. Menus still hanging and getting kicked out of UT often.
