Getting scammed out of wins on Rivals

ı was play champion and ı win 3 0  ZeusXYZE  quit the game and ı back to ultimate screnn and  ı dont win the match or losee pls helpme give my win ı need this 

EA me too, do better please. I have a video of it happening for proof but I can't submit it in this as it's over 30 seconds so please contact me.

Also it now will not let me play any feature of ultimate team so please fix this.
