graphic issue

I’m experiencing an issue where the graphics settings in FC 24 don’t work properly. I recently got a new PC with sufficient hardware (RTX 4070 Super, 32GB DDR5 RAM, i7-14700KF). I’ve tried numerous solutions, such as reinstalling the game and drivers. I’ve also manually adjusted the graphics settings in the game files and done much more than I’ve mentioned here, but nothing seems to work.

I would really appreciate any new suggestions or help!
