EA will never take us seriously. Remember when cables broke in africa. Took more than 1 months to solve the problem. We were having 44 ping on fc 24 on it is 70 ping on fc 25. The game is unplayable and heavy. There is a huge delay. EA Selling us faulty product. Where is the after sales service EA??? We need answers.
we need an update @EA_Bia @EA_Mat @EA_Mai @EA_Kat @EA_Aljo @EA_Darko @EA_Hux .
Its been one week we are playing on huge game delay and high ping. We paid for this game with hard earned money only to be frustrated by your product. We need an explanation to why are we getting high ping all players connected to Johannesburg server!!

Just received feedback from my ISP. It is definitely an EA issue. They performed a trace route and have confirmed that the problem lies with EA. There is no packet loss when data is transmitted through the ISP. There is however severe packet loss once data is transmitted through the EA servers.

If you guys are playing on pc... try use a VPN or GearUpBooster... im currently using it and getting good ping with it...
But its terrible i have to use other app to be able to enjoy the game i've bought..
EA always put us at last when problem happen in their game... Its always Europe first
