Homegrown TOTS evo bugged

Need EA Help!

I just completed the Homegrown TOTS Evo with Wan Bissaka; however, the last level upgrades haven't applied. I claimed the upgrades, but the card still shows as in progress on the app although the upgrade on the card has updated, he doesn't have the three playstyle plus it's meant to have in-game. See photo in bottom corner. How can I fix this bug?
