How do I report a player I think was cheating?

I played someone think was on PC, they were terrible then paused the game and all of a sudden became god tier like they were turning on cheats? Is this a thing? They may have been on PC? I attached the player name in case anyone can help. If it’s a PS5 player then maybe just god tier but it was properly suss in game.
