I am not getting verification codes. It tells me to go turn on verification but that ALSO wants to send me a verification email that I never receive.

This is incredibly frustrating. I have very little time to play games and I've been chasing this for an hour with no luck.

I can log into the website from Edge and Firefox just fine, but when it starts the EA app from Steam it refuses to let me log in without a code that it never sends me.

It is to a gmail account so no excuses there. It also had no trouble sending me spam emails when I logged into the forums here. They make it impossible to open a case online as well.

@AyriByel3ab2 I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING SUPPORT FOR 1 * HOUR BUT THEY PUT SO MANY BUTTONS TO NOT ALLOW YOU TO CONTACT SUPPORT EASILY. IT SAYS 21 MINUTES WAIT BUT IT HAS BEEN 1 HOUR WTFFFFFFFFFFF ARE THESE PEOPLE * DOING * YOU ALL

Five hours later, it still isn't working and nothing from support.....

if you're going to make cloud computing a required piece of your offerings then you have to fully staff an IT department that can support it and keep it going....other companies seem to be able to accomplish this....
