I have the same problem.Got untradeble Kevin de Bruyne.I cannot sell my tradeble Kevin de Bruyne.When I try it gives an error.I only have it for that player.when I open the web app it says the price I bought him for so it is a tradeable card.when I try to swap the tradeable card with the untradeable it also gives an error.I hope it can get fixed, because I can’t open packs now.Name: DannyPSNPlatform: Xbox series XProduct: EA Companion app

The exact same has happend to me. My player is just stuck in the collect items… i cant discard him or sell him its been like this for a week… its so annoying cus i cant open packs for toty

I am having that problem as well in both the web app and the actual game. I have bought special cards Pedro Porro and St. Juste and now, all of the sudden I can´t put them in my team and play cause when I try to start a match it gives me an error saying "Communication error with the football ultimate team servers". Not only that, I am not able to list them in the market or quick sell them. I hope there is a way to fix this and even a compensation since I am not allowed to play Rivals or Fut champions with my team...
