I can't claim rewards on squad battles

What should be happening instead? the pause menu should not be showns
I just finished a game of squad battles and I'm trying to claim my reward but I am on the pause menu at the same time. I do not want to lose this game, is there any fixes to this?
@ErREWWtifFFSquad battles rewards given out on every Sunday and not after you finished a game of squad battles. Please check Rank tab under Squad Battle menu.
