I Can't control my players

Question

I bought EA FC to play with my friends, especially Pro Clubs, but I can't play it. I enter the match and sometimes I start to move my player but most of the time I stay still or move from one side to the other. I already understand that I lose synchronization with the server because it happens, for example, that I'm on minute 22 and my friends are on minute 30. I can't find a solution to this problem and it's definitely not my internet. I play other games without any problems and I visited https://help.ea.com/br/ea-connection-quality-report/ I have 91 points. And it's not my controller either because offline I can play without any problems. The only thing I can do is click on start during online games, this problem happens in UT. Does anyone know anything that could help me?

Same here, i`m looking for any help from 3 days now, i`ve uninstaled game, instaled on other ssd, used D4S, switched my connection from wi-fi to cable, removed personal settings, unplugad all USB devices except DualSense, reinstaled drivers, updated controler firmware and nothing helped. I can only play Squad Battles which is broken too because i have huuuuge stuttering which i hadn`t before latest game update.

Same here, many times I loose control from my player.And EA don’t gave any response or help&nbsp;
