i have ea play and fc 24 says it will release on 29 not 22 why

i bought ea play standard and fc 24 standard the game gave me that it will launch on 29 inside of 22 but i must have an early access up to 10 hours on 22/9 because i have ea play what it is solution ...

im from portugal, i have bought the game in ea app, paid for the ea play and i dont have the 10 hours, can u help?

    They just don't care
    Now chat support don't work, we will cry until next friday and after they will relax cause we're all playing... until friday only cry

      I have spend 4 euro’s on ea play for 10 Hours and I just got scammed.

      ea is sooo bad at fixing things.

      very disappointed!
