I havent received my eafc prime pack
why havent I recieved my prime pack, I’ve linked my ea account and amazon account but I did not recieve the pack?

I linked my twitched account wifh my EA account. I took the EA FC #1 from twitch prime, but i dont receive anything in the game.
In twitch account, it says its pendent.
Im pretty sure im using the correct account. I dont know what to do
