I keep getting an error saying I can't buty packs with FC points EAFC 24

why do i have the option to open packs with fp but i dont have my fifa points, and my friends have fifa points but dont have the option to buy packs with points? idk what the point is with the web app this year honestly? does anyone have this problem too?

i am on the new fc 24 companion app, and it shows that I do have my 4.6 points, but when I go to store to spend them, it says I can't buy packs with FC points. why is this and can u fix it please.

I saw someone they can buy fifa points and opened their packs but for myself I couldn’t buy fifa points do you know what’s the problem?

i got my fc points but when i go to the store it says "sorry you cannot get packs with fc points you can still get packs with points"+i dont see a fc points option,only fc coins

And i didnt get the 4600 points... only 1600points..

I have a problem with buying packs. I got this error:

"Sorry, you cannot get Packs with FIFA points. You can still get Packs with Coins"

What is the solution of this??
