I keep getting an error saying I can't buty packs with FC points EAFC 24

When I go to the store, the web app instantly gives me an error saying "sorry you cannot get packs with FC points. You can still get packs with coins." What is the issue here?

    Hey everyone, I just wanted to inform you all that FC Points will not be usable until September 22nd. Please note that this is working as intended. We appreciate your patience. You will be able to enjoy your points starting tomorrow.Thank you for understanding.

    I bought Ea play pro and pre-downloaded FC24, 

    Today I launched web app and I only got 1600 fp , instead of 4600, and the system says "Sorry you can not get packs with fc points , you can still get packs with coins"

    So ea just gave me 1600 and doesnt allow me to open packs with it,

    Will it be 1600 for 3 months and total 4800? But Ea app said I will have 4600 when I launch game, thats unfair.

    I bought my fc24 on PS5 and in web app said im on PC….. and i didnt received my fifa points…..

    @Norozal The fifa points shouldnt be available until the 22nd (release day). The fact you are seeing the 4600FP is wrong but at least they didnt F up by allowing you to use them already

    @bakarikonte9 You have to realize the 4600 FP should NOT be available yet, only on the 22nd (game release). The fact that you can see them is a mistake. At least Im happy EA didn't mess up by also allowing people to spend them.

    @Metuwar Is there anybody here? Because i paid 1500 Turkish Liras and i want to solve my problem. Please care about your customers' problems !

    FIFA POINT 

    So my question is, why couldn’t I buy FIFA points via the web app what’s the problem with my account 

    how can I fix it? How other players can buy it?
