I was debited and didn't get value I bought

Pls help, I bought the 2024 FC advent calendar on EA FC mobile. I was charged and debited ₦15,200. It displayed successful. When I tried claiming, it started displaying unsuccessful and I've been debited by Google Play.

What do I do?
