Im not reciving my EA verification Emails. Need for game pass account link

Hey guys.

Ive been trying to log in to my account for 2 hours now. I know my email and password is correct. EA does not send me the Verification Email. I need to log in to this account because its "the only EA account my xbox game pass account can be logged in to for a lifetime" so i cant play EAFC 24 if i dont get access to this account. I tried to go to livechat like many others have been recommended. My problem is my EAhelp dosent let me live chat :/ The "still having a problem, talk to us" option is just not there I saw someone else post about this and their fix was to log in. Didnt work either. Got a bet with my friend to win the ballon dor fastest in player career mode and hes getting ahead every second im losing here.
