Inability to relogin on my android for Fc 24

Question

&nbsp;I got logged out out fc and cant relogin as it says original DOB and the one provided after reinstalling are indifferent. I tried contacting every HElpline down there ,in-game as well as the website, but ot no help. please help. I cannot access my FC account. It was connected to my EA account
