Input lag PS4 India - Ultimate team FC24

I play FC-24 Ultimate team on the PS4 in India, there is horrendous input delay, any button I press reflects in the game a second later, this game is almost un-playable, honestly a waste of money. Is there a way to be placed on a different server? The Indian servers are horrible, been facing this issue since FIFA 23. I use a LAN connection with good speed, EA has given my connection a 95 (screenshot attached). The issue has nothing to do with my internet connection surely, it's just EA's horrible servers.
