Issue with Record and Disconnects in UT Fut Champions

I am writing to discuss my recent experience with UT Fut Champions and the disconnection issue I encountered, which has significantly impacted my gameplay and rewards.
As previously mentioned, I played a total of 11 games and achieved a record of 10-1, showing my dedication and skill in UT Fut Champions. Subsequently, I continued to play 6 consecutive games, all of which I won. However, a persistent issue with server disconnects prevented these victories from being accurately recorded in my stats. These disconnects have unfairly affected my gameplay and undermined my efforts.
Considering the circumstances, I kindly request that my performance in those 6 games be recognized, and I deserve at least Rank Two Rewards for my dedication and achievements in UT Fut Champions. I believe this would be a fair resolution to the situation, considering the circumstances.
I understand that technical issues can occur, but it is essential to maintain the integrity of competition and ensure that players are not penalized for problems beyond their control. I hope that you can take this into consideration and grant me the Rank Two Rewards to reflect the true extent of my performance.

These videos clearly show the issues I faced, including the repeated message, "The EA Servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later," followed by disconnections from the game. It is evident that these disconnections occurred despite my winning these matches.
