low frame rate

Like why do I buy this game when I have a top-of-the-line PC with a 3080 GPU and an I7 Intel, I still experience a low frame rate even though my PC is able to handle it. I have tried to lower setting...

Poor performance can sometimes be explained by the display not being connected to the GPU. 

Check that your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output.
