Manager Career mode crashing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am in the offseason of my third season and whenever I try to negotiate a transfer/contract or go into the the squad hub my game completely crashes and I’ve tried restarting and it’s not fixing it
What happens when the bug occurs? My game crashed to the main Xbox screen
What should be happening instead? The action should be complete and the game not crash
In my third season offseason my game crashes when I try to select any action on the manager career mode hub.
